Return & Refund Policy
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and factory sealed
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required
Returns are subject to approval after inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos via WhatsApp or email
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or unsealed products
- Software, digital products, or activation codes
- Used or opened consumables and accessories
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
- Gift cards and store vouchers
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
Please note that bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no cost
- Once shipped, the standard return policy applies

- All returns must be approved before sending items back
- Items that do not meet return conditions may not be accepted
