Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and factory sealed
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required

Returns are subject to approval after inspection.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos via WhatsApp or email

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Software, digital products, or activation codes
  • Used or opened consumables and accessories
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
  • Gift cards and store vouchers

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

Please note that bank or payment provider processing times may vary.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no cost
  • Once shipped, the standard return policy applies

Important Notes

  • All returns must be approved before sending items back
  • Items that do not meet return conditions may not be accepted
